MR DAVID ROPO LAWALE 



Is the Business Strategist of Way-Makers Limited. The organisation is into human resource trainings, brand and Market Penetration strategies, Customer attraction and out of the box strategic ways of growing profit. Their clients have ranged from Banks, Oil and Gas companies, Travel Agencies, Hotels, Eatries, Construction Companies, Religious Bodies, Government agencies, Celebrity artistes, Entrepreneurs in the International community, etc. He has carved a niche for himself in personal branding, cost reduction techniques, strategic marketing techniques, HR, Leadership, Train the trainer sequences, business communication, market penetration techniques, quality risk asset creation.

David believes so much in the art of Branding and Rebranding.
Locally, he's popularly known as the Brand Man.Before setting up WayMakers, David had worked as an external consultant for various organizations before going into the banking sector. He rendered services to 3 different banks and headed the commercial banking team of the business office as the Profit Center Manager. His known strategy which was acknowledged by one of the Banks he worked for gave it the increased customer base and profit it needed, thereby giving him direct working access to the GMD on strategy matters. Via consulting, he has raised an organisation from a loss mode to profit ranging in hundreds of millions, built virtually dying brands to client attraction mode and made some organisations a signature brand. He has set up lots of initiatives which were handed over to
clients. He’s sought after by organisations in trainings and consulting.
He is a columnist for various magazines in the UK as well as Abuja. He sits on the faculty of a UK based organisation and a south African based training institute. Finally, David Lawale is the author of the National Bestseller called "21ST CENTURY JOSEPH." A book which has penetrated various nations and is being tipped to be a hollywood movie.

EMEKA NOBIS

It may puzzle you that he studied Mechanical Engineering in the university. It has puzzled many folks. He still hasn’t found the reason for the puzzle. However, today he pushes the pen vigorously. It’s a life he can’t trade for another.
Emeka Nobis graduated summa cum laude from the prestigious Federal University of Technology, Owerri where he bagged a Second Class Upper Degree in Industrial Production Engineering in 2003.
On graduating, he was employed to work as a field engineer in an oil servicing company. During his daily interactions, he observed people who lived below their performance indices simply because of their defeatist modes of thinking. He developed a passion for helping these individuals overcome them and begin to perform better and live more fulfilling lives. His work with them yielded tremendous results. He is passionate about seeing individuals rise above the doldrums of poverty to peaks of personal development and by extension to other facets of their lives.
He is the founder of Profound Impacts International, a personal development company. The company is hinged on five pillars - mind, financial and material, work and career, family and relationships and spirituality. He is the Lead Strategist. Emeka is passionately devoted to seeing lives become better by daily improvements. He is a public speaker who speaks with undeterred eloquence, clarity and devotion.

EKUNDAYO ODELE



Ekundayo is the first point person at UnoCasa and is a graduate of Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Her experience covers a range from Business Process Engineering – Transportation - Marketing - Human resources and Administration.
As lead principal in UnoCasa, Ekundayo has worked with various multi-dimensional teams to achieve success in different projects geared at performance improvement for business sustainability and growth. Some of these sectors include but are not limited to Retail services, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Television, Non-Governmental Organisations, Education, Hospitality, Travel & Tours and Manufacturing.
As a trainer/facilitator par excellence, Ekundayo’s style is engaging, adopting an approach that focuses on personal goals, coaching and mentoring, encouraging employees to develop good habits rather than telling them what they to do. Her training style provides trainees with a view of themselves within their present employment towards a change of and/ or development in better habits.
Ekundayo is an advocate of youth development and focuses on instilling the right attitudes through series of soft skill trainings, learning and development opportunities for youth and young adults.

He combines the knack for marketing, spinning stories and inspiring others to create new brands and teach others on how they too can become great and live out their passions.

KOLO KENNETH KADIRI


Kolo Kenneth Kadiri is the Face of Western Union in Nigeria, a noise-maker and an enthusiastic online ninja. He struggles to overcome laziness to weave through social media and ensure his clients - brands, startups and entities - get the best of exposure, positioning and alignment to audiences in the virtual ecosystem in Nigeria. He's currently a Co-convener and Operations Lead of Abuja's largest offline social media event - #AdotpATWeep. He has delivered training on leadership, change management, sustainable administrative practices and use of social media in Senegal, Togo, Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Benin Republic.
